Its trees continue to be preserved and productive, taking care of our journey and guiding us in a production that unites past, present and future with each harvest.
Characteristics: just like the wines, in which the best come from the most ancient vines, this coffee presents the characteristics of the terroir with an intense and complex profile reminiscent of dark chocolate, purple fruits and black and high acidity.
